While our team includes a project manager, we recruit unskilled workers, along with local contractors and builders to be trained to work on the development in each community in which we work. We also work with builders and developers who want to just buy panels to build their own houses and sub-divisions, we provide training and orientation to using SIPs panels.
While SCDC provides training and management to the project, it will recruit skilled and unskilled workers, along with contractors and builders from the local community in which it works, in order to maximize the economic impact of that market. We work with local cities, counties or municipalities to determine the type of need and resources are available.
