We offer a range of housing, all of which contain basic sleeping room, bath and toilet and cooking area. Our houses can be used for new construction, infill, redevelopment and disaster-struck areas.
The affordable housing we build includes full bathrooms, eat-in kitchens, bedrooms and a great room, whether its 400 square feet, like the Harmony house, which can be used for unhoused populations. The 1065 square foot, GI has two floors, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a terrace that can be made into another bedroom. The cottage house is one floor, 1080 square feet that is best for seniors and disabled residents.
For developers who only want the panels for their own plans, we will ship all of the panels needed for the house, along with the necessary tools. We will also teach builders/developers how to construct a house, which can be done in one day.
